Controller Replacement

If the unit worked initially but has since failed to function, then the electronic controller has been damaged, most likely due to a power surge. The problem can be corrected by replacing the controller, which does not require a skilled technician. We  provide a how to guide on replacing your KoolR controller. Do note that our controllers have a spare fuse attached to the back of the controller. Our controllers can be replaced without removing the unit from its installation.
