Quick Test

• Unplug and wait 10 minutes.

• Re plug (make sure the line voltage is adequate and the receptacle is not shared.

• If after one minute you hear a small “click"(relay closing) and the compressor is still not starting, then a replacement is needed.

You must place your ear right up against the top of the cooling unit and listen for the motor hum of the compressor. The compressor has a lower pitch sound than the fans.
